Each room has a kitchenette with hob, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher but all kitchen utensils are not provided.

Furthermore a continental breakfast is also available and is served in the breakfast room every morning from 7.30am to 10.30am and costs 10.00 € / person.

The breakfast consists of hot and cold drinks, yoghurts, jams, hams, cheeses, breads & viennese pastries and fruits.

La Rochelle is a city facing the ocean through its old port, which is a must venue, and has many parks and gardens recommended for walks and cycling (Park des Pères, Park de la Gare, garden of Porte Dauphine, garden of Moroccan scents, the garden of la porte royale). Its 900 acres of surrounding marshes are home to exceptional wildlife.

The Châtelaillon beach (the seaside resort of La Rochelle) is considered as the treasure of La Rochelle, and is also the longest of all the surrounding beaches. It is convenient for both walks and swimming.

The thalassotherapy centre Rochelle Sud offers a wide range of ocean cures and treatments. It has a great panoramic view of the surrounding islands, Fort Boyard, the Aix and Oleron.

All apartments have a flat TV LCD screen (Canal +), and free Wi-fi. An outdoor unheated pool is operational from mid-May to mid-September and there is a massage room for your use. Also available is a bicycle rental service as well as laundry and ticketing services.

Pets are permitted only if proof of vaccination/chip information is provided. Dogs must be kept on a lead within the residence. A supplement of 7.50 € / day is payable for the admission of animals.

Both exterior and interior parkings are available at a rate of 7 € / day.  Daily cleaning of the rooms is included and the bed linen is changed every 3 days. Access is secured by the use of a badge.
