Great apartments, modern, clean and friendly staff always available to assist. They even changed the kettle in the room right away as it had a slight electrical connection problem. Hard to find such prompt and polite service these days. Roomzzz Newcastle City

A great value and gorgeous surroundings. Negative is no lift/elevator and having to ask for breakfast card, etc instead of being given up front. Staff sweet otherwise, and I would stay here again. Magdalen College, Oxford

All the people at the reception were wonderful. We had an issue as to how to open the sink plug… (push it because it has a spring in it!) All were very helpful and friendly. Would stop again. Tamesis Guest House (St Edmund Hall), Oxford

Really easy to book. Room was basic but comfortable, the pillows could be a little less thin but for the price this is all fine. Love the fact you can park on site also. I'd come back again. Wycliffe Hall, Oxford
