Rohaven B & B is a well established family run business with a friendly home from home atmosphere. An elegant Victorian home that was built in 1920s and still has many of its original features. Rohaven bed and breakfast offers plenty of free off road parking for guests at the front of the house, with a large relaxing garden to the rear that all guests are encouraged to use.

Perhaps the wilds of Dartmoor or maybe a little shopping (Exeter is only ten miles away, while both Plymouth and Bristol are little more than an hour away).

For those travelling by train, Exmouth train station is two minutes by Taxi or a short walk of around ten minutes. Exeter airport is about fifteen minutes by car.

Exmouth is the perfect base from which to explore the Devon coastline and countryside. Reaching us is easy whichever way you travel. We are only eight miles from the M5, which makes London and the Midlands within easy reach.
