Staff are lovely and helpful. However, the rooms facing the street are too noisy and should have double glazing. I got no sleep due to the sound of traffic and airplanes non -stop. Even at 2am I got no peace and by 5.30am regular traffic was starting up. How do students live here! Even when changed to rear room sound of airplanes non -stop kept me awake. Not a good three nights! Yes it is London and so there must be actions taken to ensure the London noise does not prevent people from getting a good night's sleep. SOLUTION - Double glazing!

Facilities were basic but appropriate especially for the price and taking into account the expectations when occupying student accommodation. The location was quiet, pleasant and convenient. This offered a wonderful experience. I would come back to this particular venue again and again.

At first requested lower floor room but got higher, after a bit of polite requesting was really helped by a young lady who went out of her way to help us find a better room (mature couple). Great location and good college kids who help run it. Have stayed here twice now.

Everything worked and I had a lovely quiet view of the square from my window. I'd stay again if that room were available! Not sure how good it would be if the building was full, but it was fairly empty so I found it a very enjoyable stay.

The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was nice too. Moreover it's a beautiful ward and quiet. The underground is not to far, around 10 or 15min to walk.

Affordable accommodation in a very convenient location. Kitchen facilities are good, tea and coffee provided and rooms are tidy. Very neat.
