Great place to stay in Central Manchester. Clean rooms, good service and comes with a well equipped kitchenette. Will put this on my go to list from now on. Only one downside was that if you want the discounted parking from Q park you have to book ahead, but a minor quirk.

Lovely staff on when we arrived late, very helpful. Our room was very fresh smelling and visually clean! Floors werent tacky/sticky to walk on. Couldnt actually ask for any better. They even fussed on our wee terrier we brought along with us for the night!

The arrival instructions were missing a key piece of information that the key needed picking up from Oriel College, albeit only a couple of minutes walk away. Otherwise very clean and well presented room and pleasant staff.

Great location between the racecourse and the main shopping area. Lovely views from the top floor apartments. Staff always friendly and helpful. Apartments well equipped and spacious.

Very good service Very friendly staff especially Stacey and josh the main reception the room very clean and big worth the stay would come again central to town and train station.

Roomzzz Leeds City

Very good situated near the city centre. I booked (and paid for)a room with view to the river. In summertime completely blocked by the élavés of the trees :)

Clean, comfortable, rooms with pleasant staff, quiet and within walking distance from town. What more could you ask?
