University College, University of Melbourne, is a picturesque College nestled in beautiful garden surrounds located on the edge of both the university's Parkville Campus and Princes Park. Ideal for individuals or small groups seeking student style or apartment accommodation, it's just a short tram ride from the city centre for short, medium or long term stays. There are 14 apartments available for booking all year round not just in student vacation times. Student style accommodation is available only during vacation periods (June/July and November to February).
Apartments range from studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom and are well equipped with climate-controlled heating and air conditioning, study area, living room with television, clock radio, internet access, a kitchenette and a private bathroom.
Rates for apartments include bed and breakfast, lunch and dinner, bed linen and towels, weekly service. Additional guests may stay in apartments for an extra fee per night (including all meals). A trundle bed can be added to lounge areas if required.
