This Georgian property sits at the foot of Carlton Hill, a short walk from the Princes street. The master bedroom features a kings size bed and a 43” Sony digital TV. The second bedroom has two single beds and is also equipped with a 43” Sony Digital TV. The living room has a double sofa bed and a 42" TV with a VirginTV box . Free wifi with fiber broadband. We also have an independent game room with a sofa. The game room is equipped with PS4 and Xbox 1 with popular games provided. An independent cloak room equipped with ironing board, electric heater to dry clothes and plenty space to hang clothes and store luggage. We also provide a hair dryer, hangers, and towels and a three tier electric airer to dry your clothes. The kitchen is equipped with a washer-dryer, refrigerator and built in dual ovens, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, Nepresso coffee machine and basic kitchen utensils. Whittard of Chelsea teabags and 4 kinds of Nespresso capsules provided. The bathroom has a drench shower head, shampoo and a dove soap bar provided, Children under 10 years old are not allowed in the property. Please remove your outdoor footwear when entering the property. The flat is on 2nd floor without lift/wheelchair access. £30 cleaning fee will be charged for every booking which is not included in the room rate. Due to the self-catering nature of the flat, we have self check in and check out. We won't enter the property again during your stay to ensure your entire privacy. There will be a £200 pre-authorisation hold in your card in case of any damages caused or items missing from the flat during your stay. We offer free luggage early drop off starting from 11.15am. But we don't offer any late check out and luggage storage service. There is a left luggage office in Waverley railway station which offers the luggage storage service.
