THE RED HOUSE
The Red House offers friendly, value for money bed and breakfast accommodation in comfortable and relaxing surroundings, 5-minutes´ walk from Grantham's town centre. We have a 4-star rating from Visit England.
The Red House is an historic Grade II listed Georgian townhouse, dating from 1795, and retains many of its original features.
We are easily accessible from the A1 and A52, and a 2-minute taxi ride from Grantham train station. There is ample free parking in front of the house.
ROOMS
We have single, double, twin, triple and family guest rooms. Most of our rooms have ensuite facilities. Others rooms have a private bathroom, not shared with other guests. Two of our rooms have shared facilities.
Our rooms are furnished to a high standard and are equipped with televisions , mini-fridges, microwaves, coffee and tea making facilities, irons and ironing boards, hair dryers, fans, and crockery.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast costs £8.50 per guest. It is served between 7.30 and 8.30 a.m. on weekdays and between 8.00 and 9.00 a.m. at weekends. Our breakfast includes a choice of cereals (including our home-made muesli), fruit, yoghurt and a full English breakfast, or lighter alternatives, including vegetarian options. We source local ingredients (prize-winning Lincolnshire sausages, bacon, free range eggs, organic tomatoes) and serve freshly ground Arabica coffee.
FREE WIFI
All guest rooms have access to a high speed Wi-Fi connection (200 Mbs Virgin Broadband).
PARKING
There is ample free unlimited parking in front of the house on a wide pavement. Free parking is also available to the side and rear of the property.
