Comfort Lodge, Solihull

Comfort Lodge is situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Solihull. A short drive from Solihull town centre where you will find a Sainsbury's and Morrisons and a variety of restaurants and shops. There is also a Tesco Express, and eateries minutes away.

The Lounge
The lounge is designed to provide you with ultimate comfort, a perfect place for socialising. Relax on the large corner sofa, and watch the 65-inch SMART TV, with our Netflix subscription, PlayStation 4 along with FIFA 23, and Call of Duty amongst other titles. You will also find board games including Monopoly, UNO, and playing cards.

The lounge leads to the conservatory/dining area which provides a calm and homely environment and consists of a large extendable dining table that overlooks the garden.

The Kitchen
Do you enjoy cooking? The kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay including a brand-new single oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, and all the cookware and utensils you're likely to need. There's plenty of space in the cupboard to store your necessities. We also have a dishwasher and a Tassimo coffee machine with a variety of complimentary coffee capsules and tea bags for your enjoyment.

The Garden
Accessed via the patio doors in the conservatory. The garden is a private space and has a fenced garden, great to relax. A BBQ is available during the summer months.

The 5 bedrooms
There are king-size beds and single beds across the bedrooms, the beds can be arranged as either king-size beds or single beds as per your request/requirements. Expect to find comfortable orthopaedic mattresses, bed linen and black-out blinds for a good night's sleep.

2.5 Bathrooms
There is a bathroom on each floor, on the first floor the bathroom has a stand-alone shower shared between 2 rooms. On the second floor, the bathroom has a shower over the bath shared between 3 rooms.

Remote Working
There are spaces you can sit to work in the house, and super-fast Wi-Fi.
