The property has a private entrance on street level. The living room area which is furnished with a large sofa and extendable table is accessed via a short set of stairs.
On the same floor as the living room you will find a small and very cosy bedroom with garden view.
On the floor above that you will have the kitchen as well as a very spacious bedroom with plenty of storage space.
The top floor hosts another large bedroom furnished with a double bed as well as a sofa. This is also where the second bathroom is located.
3 additional high quality air beds can be set-up upon request in the rooms that suit guests best. There is space for them in the 2 large bedrooms or the living room area.
The dining table is extendable and has enough chairs for a party of 10.
The kitchen is equipped with oven, and basic kitchen equipment only (e.g. a few pots and pans) as well as enough cutlery, plates and glasses for 12 people.
The roof terrace can be accessed via a steep stair. It is very secure but steep. The terrace itself is very spacious and equipped with outdoor furniture so an ideal place to enjoy evening drinks and a sunset in the summer.
