Please note that the apartment is situated directly above the local Co-Op convenience store, there may be some noise when deliveries are being made to the store in the morning, this can be heard from the double bedroom on the first floor.

The accommodation layouts are as follows:
Ground Floor – Bedroom with 1 double bed, wardrobe and storage space. Fully equipped kitchen with seating area and washing machine. Family bathroom with WC and bath with shower over it. Open plan living room/dining area with a single futon bed located to the rear of the space.
First Floor – 1 bedroom with double bed and ample storage, a second bedroom with 2 single beds and storage.
Garden - Decked patio area with garden furniture.
