Primrose Cottage is a very old brick and flint house with lots of warmth, charm and character. It can be found down a quiet country lane just off the B1159. Surrounded by open countryside one and a half miles from the lovely sandy beaches at Happisbough and Walcott, it is perfect for walkers and cyclists alike. The Norfolk Broads are four miles away - you can hire a boat, go canoeing or take one of the regular river cruises. The Broads are very beautiful and full of wonderful wildlife to see.
For garden lovers, the beautiful gardens at the Old Vicarage, East Ruston are just one mile away.
