Office opening hours are Monday to Thursday between 7.00am to 11.45am and 12.15pm to 3.30pm, and Fridays from 7.00am to 12.00 noon.

Travel Information

Parking: Public parking is available front of house, but will be charged by meter from Monday to Saturday. Sundays and overnight parking is free of charge. The use of the accommodation’s own car park is possible, with a charged of €12.00/night; long-term parking is not possible. Please contact reception if you require indoor parking. You will find the contact details on your booking receipt.

Other public multi-storey car parks are available in walking distance for an additional charge.

By Car: From the motorway A25 towards the city centre, take the exit “Linz-Zentrum”. Follow the street “Waldeggstrasse” (do not turn right towards the railway station) and turn right at the 3rd traffic light onto “Stockhofstrasse”. Follow this street and turn right on the 1st traffic light into “Auerspergstrasse”. Take the second left, the accommodation is on your right.

By Train: From the central station Linz you can take any of the 3 tram lines (towards “Universitaet” or “Landgutstrasse”) and exit at stop “Buergerstrasse”. Walk into “Langgasse”, opposite the tram stop until you see the building called “DonauVersicherung”, keep slightly right and you are in “Gesellenhausstrasse”. From the tram stop to the hotel it is approximately 3 minutes by foot, if you decide to walk from the railway station, it will take you about 10 minutes.

By Air: The closest airport is the airport "Linz-Hoersching"; from there take the shuttle bus and exit at “Volksgartenstrasse”. Walk straight ahead until you see the building “DonauVersicherung”, keep slightly right and you are in “Gesellenhausstrasse”.
