Lovely staff on when we arrived late, very helpful. Our room was very fresh smelling and visually clean! Floors werent tacky/sticky to walk on. Couldnt actually ask for any better. They even fussed on our wee terrier we brought along with us for the night! Roomzzz Nottingham City

Second time we have stayed here and the same consistently high service and facilities. For the money and location, I don't think it can be bettered. Would be nice if it was possible to select ajoining rooms when booking. Prince's Gardens, Hyde Park, London
