The residence offers fully furnished and equipped studios featuring a private bathroom, a kitchenette, desk and bedding. Both Wi-fi and air conditioning are included in the rent.

A seasonal outdoor swimming pool is available free of charge. The establishment has a private car park (aerial car park) at an additional cost of € 5 per day and public outdoor parking with free access.

Breakfast: hours are Monday to Friday from 7.15 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. and the price is € 9 per person per day. Please note: on weekends, possibility of a box left in your room (no fresh products, breads, pastries.)

Other facilities

All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using the existing bedding. One child under 2 years of age stay free of charge when using a baby cot. (please add your request to the section "additional information" at the time of your booking)
