Clean tidy and enjoyable space. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The setting is unusual making for a very interesting stay, the view into the grounds at night is magical. The space in the cottage is perfect base, for making a meal if you wish to and for relaxing away from the bustle of the city center and yet a pleasant short walk along an interesting parade of shops restaurants etc to reach all attractions of Cambridge. I would recommend it and would be happy to have a return stay.

The Garden Cottage was so lovely and spacious! Nicola who checked me in was kind & made me feel comfortable. The only reason I marked down “overall experience” is because no one told me there was going to be a wedding on the grounds that night- the festivities went ALL night & were very loud. It was hot, so I had to leave my windows open. Otherwise, the cottage has a comfortable bed and all kinds of amenities. I would stay there again when visiting Cambridge.

Initially I booked online and when I had to make some additions the Westminster College admin team dealt with everything smoothly and efficiently. The cottage and environs exceeded our expectations and Emma the kindly chatelaine had left us an annotated map of Cambridge with some exceedingly useful and friendly information which served to greatly enhance our 3 day stay. Couldn’t have been better! Can’t wait to go back.

Nice little semi attached house well situated and within walking distance from the Centre of Cambridge. One bedroom with large king size bed, a well equipped kitchen/living room and one bathroom toilet. Very convenient for a couple. Not so convenient if you are not supposed to share a bed. Then again there is a sofa that transforms to a bed...but not so comfortable for sleeping.

Need a mattress pad on the sofa bed. You can feel the springs. Do you want us it was not comfortable ( we used for our 8year old child) but it would easily be made more comfortable

We really enjoyed our long weekend at Westminster College. It is close to the city centre. Beautiful building with lots of history and charm. Friendly staff made us feel welcome.

Really nice self contained accommodation. A peaceful haven to come back to at the end of the day.
