Roomzzz Edinburgh

For my first time visiting Edinburgh and being in Awe with the beauty of the city, my trip was made extra special with how great Roomzzz Aparthotel Edinburgh was. First of all it had a great friendly atmosphere and was close to everything you wanted whether it was shops, restaurants, pubs, etc. What made it better was that they "essentialzzz" stand which would very helpful for parents with children or if your running low on funds yourself as you can cook in the apartment. Secondly the rooms were fantastic, lovely and clean and the bed was so comfortable! Everything you needed in your room was there and they also provided kitchen utensils!!!!! Lastly it was the friendliness of the staff. Any questions we had they would answer and go above and beyond. We had an early flight and check in wasn't till 3 and they kept our bags safe as we explore the city. We even had to go back and grab stuff out of our bags and they had issues with this. Wow. Just fabulous. Amazing location just a very short walk from Waverley train station. Prime location in the new Edinburgh St James shopping centre. Massive car parking area which is great for a city centre location. Great reception and friendly staff. Complimentary coffee & tea. The rooms are great. Spacious, clean and well designed. Really comfortable double bed. Kettle comes with a fully loaded kitchen - so great for longer stays and welcome for our weekend break. Views are fabulous overlooking Calton Hill & towards Edinburgh Castle.We had a balcony view. Free fast WiFi. Will be staying again whenever we go back to Edinburgh. Source = Google

The hotel is in a great central location. Staff friendly enough at check-in. Free coffee machine nice touch but didn't taste the best. The grab and go breakfast did lack variety/options for the "premium" Edinburgh price point. On showering both complementary bottles of shower gel and shampoo were completely empty which is a disappointment. Nice views over the city being so high up is a benefit though. - Source = Google
