Room spotlessly clean and well equipped - availability of kitchen was handy - its a shame the food outlets on campus close so early but I was able to get some food from the co-op to heat up (some kit for washing up in the kitchen would be useful). There was a bit of noise the first night - but it wasn't a major problem and you probably don't stay in student accommodation if you want complete peace and quiet - and the second night was much quieter. For the price this was excellent.

Very impressed with the high standard of the room and the helpful and polite reception staff. Everything that was needed was provided and was much like staying in a chain hotel without a tv. The only thing I would add is more information on accessing facilities E.g gym, coop, breakfast facilities in the room or on display in reception. The receptionist was great at explaining this but it was a bit late for me to use them. Would definitely stay again

We have stayed a few times and the reception staff have always been friendly and helpful. The rooms are particularly good value if 2 are sharing. Location is good - only 15 minutes walk to the city centre. Previously our stays have been quiet, this time we realised that the sound proofing is not great, as there was a very noisy guest next door to us. Still very good value though overall.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Staff were really thorough and friendly. The room was really quite modern and nice and cosy too. I was slightly worried that it may have been noisy, being around students, but it was completely silent! Would definitely stay again.

Very good quality student room with all facilities I could have asked for at a very competitive price. If I were in Leeds again I'd definitely stay here again!
