building a bit tired but overall very good value for money, clean and pleasant. Breakfast OK but coldish and I would have liked the chance to have a second cup of tea (single cup given with food). reception a little grumpy. but really no complaints given the cost and location.

The facility is really well run. The room was spacious, excellent storage/dealing. Shower/bathroom was ideal, clean and lots of hot water on demand. All in all a fantastic location and tremendous value for money. I will happily recommend to friends & family.

Enjoyed my stay and especially impressed with the breakfast choices. Some noise at night because of first floor location but rooms were clean and towels changed after 2 days as promised.

Well-located, cheap & with friendly, effective staff. It is clean and well-run but is overdue refurbishment. Nonetheless, I liked it.
