The Summer Residence has 155 rooms offering good value summer accommodation, self-catering accommodation in single bedrooms with shared bathroom facilities. 

Note: Max Rayne Houseguests must report to the Ifor Evans Hall reception. There is no reception at Max Rayne House. Unfortunately, this residence is unable to accommodate guests under 18.

History

Camden Market is one of the most popular visitor attraction in London, captivating both tourists and Londoners alike. It can take a few hours to explore the stalls selling crafts, bric-a-brac, books, clothing, jewellery and music.

Food & beverage

Accommodation is offered on a self-catering only basis, with access to a kitchen shared between 10-20 guests. Each kitchen is equipped with fridges, freezers, ovens, microwaves and crockery and cutlery for guests' use.

There is a vending machine providing drinks and snacks on site.  While any catering cannot be offered, there are numerous pubs, bars and restaurants nearby to suit all tastes and budgets. 

There are also convenience stores close to the residence and a Sainsbury's supermarket in Camden Town should you wish to cook your own meals.

Guest's are responsible for cleaning and tidying up after use.

Please report to the Ifor Evans Hall reception.  Please bring an official ID/passport for identification upon check-in. The reception office is open between 8.30am and 5.30pm. A security officer is on duty after reception hours.

Underground Stations: Camden Town Underground Station (Northern Line) - 6-minute walk, 0.3 mile

From Camden Town Station, take the left-hand exit. Cross Kentish Town Road and turn left on Camden Road. Walk past the Sainsbury's and the British Transport Police station (both on your left) and underneath the Bridge. Continue until you see a double-gated entrance on your left with the sign Ifor Evans Hall. This is approximately a 10-minute walk.

Camden Road Station (London Overground) - 6-minute walk 0.3 miles

By Bus: The 29 and 253 bus routes stop outside the building.
