Nutford House is located only a 15-minute walk to Oxford Street and a short journey on the tube to Buckingham Palace and the main attractions of London, making it the perfect base to explore the city and surrounding area, where there are several shops, museums, galleries, clubs, pubs and restaurants.

Offering accommodation during the summer for visitors and groups, in single rooms with shared bathroom facilities and free wired internet included, plus a view of the surrounding city.


History

Nutford House was built in 1916 and was acquired by the University of London in 1949, after which it was expanded to take in five  terraced houses in Brown Street, known as the Annexe and one in Seymour Place.

Food & beverage

Breakfast is included in the room rate and consists of a variety of options, including the traditional full English, 7 days per week, we offer a vegetarian option but cannot cater for special dietary requirements.

Breakfast times are: Mon - Fri 08.00 -09.00am, Sat & Sun 08.30-09.30am

Nutford House has its own garden. Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens are less than a mile away.

On arrival you will need to check-in at the reception desk in the hall, which is manned 24hrs a day.

From Edgware Road tube station, head southeast on Cabbell Street towards chapel street, turn right onto old Marylebone road, turn left onto Edgware road, turn left onto Nutford Place. The property will be on the left.

From Marble Arch tube station: head east on Marble Arch towards Great Cumberland place, turn left onto Great Cumberland place, turn left onto George street, turn right onto Brown street, turn left onto Nutford Place the property will be on the right.
