Perfect location and friendly staff. Rooms were pretty clean, but it being the summer it was very hot and there were no fans in the room. A fan would have made a world of difference. Even so I would stay there again.

Directions: From Waterloo Station, you need to exit onto York Road and turn right. Carry on down this road until you come to the roundabout where the IMAX cinema is located. Go straight ahead at the roundabout and you will be on Stamford Street. Stamford Street Apartment Rooms are just 200 yards away on the right.

By Car: Unfortunately, the property does not offer parking. Please note that central London operates a Congestion Charge zone between the hours of 7am-6.30pm Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. The current daily charge when entering the zone is £11.50, to find out more and how to pay please visit the following website

Rail and Tube: Waterloo Station, which connects you to the Bakerloo, Waterloo & City, Northern and Jubilee lines, is the closest station to Stamford Street Apartment Rooms. A taxi could cost around £10 from the station to the residence.

By Bus: Two bus routes go through Stamford Street: 381 - County Hall/ Peckham, RV1 - Covent Garden/Tower Hill. However, a short 2-minute walk to either end of the street brings access to a large number of routes of the following are a small example: 63 - Forest Hill/Kings Cross, 1 - Oxford St/ Canada Water, 4 - Waterloo/Archway, 26 - Waterloo/Hackney Wick, 507 - Waterloo/Victoria Bus Station.
