Overview

The residence Coryphée is located in a lively commercial area, close to the Grange Blanche subway station, with access to subway, tram and bus.
 
The fully furnished apartments feature a living room with a sofa bed, a desk, a dining table, chairs and simple and functional storage. All include a kitchenette and a private bathroom. 

The station of Part Dieu, Place Bellecour and the Rockefeller colleges are just a few minutes from the residence. The 3 Universities of Lyon (for the site Campus Manufacture des Tabacs) are a 30 minutes walk away and 15 minutes away by tramway.

The studios are available as early as July and August at a lower rate. The minimum stay in this residence is 6 months. If your stay start in the months of July or August, the minimum stay is 7 months and 8 months respectively.

Food & beverage

The accommodation is offered on a self-catering basis. Each apartment has a kitchenette with hot plates, a microwave and a refrigerator.

A cafeteria is available to all tenants from 9.00am - 12.30pm & 2.00pm - 5.00pm (Monday - Friday). Outside the above hours, access is only upon request (refer to  management for keys)

Shops and supermarkets are within walking distance of the residence.

There is a special room service for breakfast which costs €6/person. The Express Breakfast Tray needs to be ordered at the time of your booking (in the section additional information), or at least 7 days before your scheduled stay and is served on the eve. Contact details are noted on your booking receipt.

Grounds & Gardens

A green interior courtyard is available for your enjoyment. The access is free and reserved exclusively for the tenants of the residence.

Several green spaces and parks are within easy reach of the residence, the Blandan Park is only 10 minutes away by foot from the residence.

Other facilities

The administrative fees include: access to the laundry, cleaning kit, reception services.

Guests have use of a TV and common area. Bike storage is available with digicode. Iron/Ironing board and vacuum cleaner available on request.

Services charged:

Monthly water and electricity bill of €50 for all studios and it's included for the apartments (Adjustments made on the last day of the stay or on the 31 of August according to meter reader)

Bedding and towel kit (bed sheets, pillow, bed cover, towel...) with change every month: Rate from 8 to 11 months : 49,00 € / Rate from 4 to 7 months : 39,00 €

TV Rental: €30,00/month.

Laundry Costs: washing machine 3.00€ per wash and dryers 1.70€

Cleaning Services: 33 €/hour

Private Single Parking: 40.50 €/month. Private Double Parking: 70 €/month. Deposit: 80 € and Administrative fees: 1 month of rent

Internet Access Wifi: 1 mega = free of charge and 4 mega = 9 €/month

Check In / Check Out: From Monday to Thursday 9.00am-1.00pm & 2.00pm-6.00pm and on Friday from 9.00am-1.00pm & 2.00pm-5.00pm.

The reception is open from Monday to Friday only. There are no arrivals / departures outside the days / hours mentioned above.

Access:

From the airport Saint Exupery: take Rhônexpress. Change at Part Dieu Villette, take Tram T4 going to L'Hôpital Feyzin Venissieux, stop at Lycée Lumière. Walk to the residence. (from the airport to the residence the journey takes about 1 hour).

From Gare SNCF Part Dieu:  at  Part Dieu Villette stop take Tram T4 going to L'Hôpital Feyzin Venissieux, stop at Lycée Lumière. Walk to the residence. (from the station to the residence the journey takes about 20 minutes).

From Gare SNCF Perrache: at stop Perrache take Tram T2 going to Saint Priest Bel-Air, get off at Villo stop. Walk to the residence. (from the station to the residence the journey takes about 30 minutes).
