Overview

It is one of the best-located student residences in Madrid, situated in the central and privileged El Viso neighborhood, within the Chamartín district. The residence is very well connected to the main Universities, Study Centers, and Business Schools in the city. With just one local train stop, you can reach the heart of Madrid — Puerta del Sol, where KM 0 is located.

La Inmaculada is a modern, original, and unique residence made up of three independent buildings and a welcoming garden where students can disconnect, relax, and enjoy time with fellow residents, friends, and family.

The single and double rooms, all with private bathrooms, are fully equipped and furnished in a warm, comfortable, and practical style, so you can enjoy both the vibrant atmosphere of Madrid and your own privacy.

History

The Daughters of Charity of Saint Vincent de Paul founded La Inmaculada, a women’s residence for workers and students, in this building in 1950. In 2001, management was taken over by the Pere Tarrés Foundation, established in 1985, an organization whose mission is to promote personal development through education grounded in the values of Christian humanism.

Today, La Inmaculada Residence is a mixed student residence, still managed by the Pere Tarrés Foundation, which remains committed to its educational and social values: working with love for others, promoting fraternity and justice, fostering ethical behavior, encouraging a spirit of service toward those in need, nurturing inner life and spirituality, and advancing peace and truth.

Grounds & Gardens

The residence is composed of three chalet-style buildings connected through a spacious and beautiful garden. Each building also features furnished terraces for moments of rest and relaxation. Just a 10-minute walk away, you will find Berlin Park — an ideal place for walking or running. Approximately 30 minutes away by public transport, you can reach Retiro Park, Madrid’s own “Central Park.”
