Convenient location and conference guests were kept separately from the teenagers attending summer language school (thank you, very much appreciated!). The mattress was lumpy, I pity the poor student who has to live there in term time. The drains in the bathroom were blocked and the shower tray had a hole in - the bathroom generally was very tired. The staff on reception were really nice though.

It would be useful for there to be more signage to direct people to the reception area for check-in; there were a few independently lost parties trying to check in when I arrived. Also, I think it would be great if the people could mention when checking in that the rooms do not automatically lock when you exit the room and that you have to tap it again to lock the door.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I did encounter two silverfish in the room. I had some problem with the toilet's water deposit not refilling, making it unable to flush. Upon informing the staff, this was quickly sorted before I returned later in the evening.

Simpler (and more economical) accommodations than a hotel. Very reasonable dorm accommodation-kitchen and laundry made it quite convenient and served my purposes well. A pleasant walk through the park/athletic fields leads to downtown. Bus service very close by.

Due to a fire alarm I had to wait 10 mins for a staff member to come to reception. The room was spotless and the welcome pack was fine. I was expecting a disposable cup in the room but don't believe I had one.

It was unclear when check in and check out times were, because different things sent to me had different times.
