Oriel College is situated in the heart of the city centre, providing student accommodation close to all amenities as well as excellent transport links.

Offering clean and comfortable single or twin ensuite rooms with a refreshment tray, towels and toiletries (towels are changed twice a week).

Smoking is not permitted in any of the buildings and pets are not allowed.

Delightful, freshly-decorated cosy accommodation, ideally located for visiting city center and University colleges. Excellent breakfasts in neighbouring Old Bank Hotel.

Beautiful setting, lovely room, very clean, thoughtful details and decor. The only slight disappointment: the guests (unless they are college members) are excluded from college life and don't even have access to the garden. But breakfast in the Quad is great.

Fabulous central location The rooms are super clean and have everything that you need for a short stay. Breakfast was great and all the porters and other staff were lovely and friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

It is kindly asked that you do not arrive before check in, as your bedroom will not be ready. On arrival please report to the Porters' Lodge which is manned 24hrs a day. If you need to stay in college past the check-out time you will still be required to vacate your room. A luggage room can be provided as an area to leave your bags but this should be arranged prior to your visit. Therefore it is advised to request this option in the "Additional information" section of the booking form.

By Air: From Heathrow airport (40 miles) and Gatwick airport (75 miles) there are direct coach services to Oxford.

By Rail: There is a direct service from London Paddington and from Birmingham New Street. National Rail information line: 08457 48 49 50

By Car: From London – M40 or A40, Birmingham – M40 or A34, Swindon and Bath – A420, and Cheltenham – A40.
