All guests must provide a valid photo ID upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability.
If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, you must arrange check-in by calling the Resident Assistant. The Resident Assistant number is available in the confirmation email sent to you and is on the front of the Village Reception door.
If arriving between 23:30-6:00 you must arrange check-in via email prior to arrival.
Failure to depart your room or return the keys by 10 am on the date of departure will incur an additional daily room charge. Lost or damaged keys will incur a charge.
Smoking is not allowed in any of the apartments or rooms. Any guest found smoking in the building will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $200. If the false fire alarm is activated, a false alarm fee (up to $2000, confirm the amount with Reception) will be passed on to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that a valid Village parking permit is clearly displayed in your motor vehicle at all times whilst parked in the village car park. Please refer to the parking bays in the parking areas around the University.
The Village accepts no responsibility for any personal items or belongings held in the room.
Payment can be made via credit cards (Visa and Mastercard). The village does not accept Diners or American Express.
For standard bookings, once the booking has been confirmed the first night's payment will be taken as a deposit. The remaining amount will be due upon check-in.
For non-refundable bookings, once the booking has been confirmed the full payment will be charged.
All bookings are subject to a pre-authorization charge on a valid Visa or Mastercard credit card. Charges will apply in the case of any damages or incidentals.
Directions:
By Car: UWS Village is easy to get to. Located on Bourke Street, Richmond. Just take the M7 and get off at the Blacktown Exit. From here just follow Richmond Road, which then turns into Blacktown Road.
By Air: Sydney Airport. Taxi from the airport will cost around $160 - $170 and will take about 1 hour. You can catch a taxi at the Taxi Rank at the airport, domestic or international.
By Train: North Shore and Western train line. The closest station is Richmond with a 10-15 walk from the station.
