Our property is a new build finished in may 2021
Which was built pacifically for B&B we have all on suites and fantastic rain showers in all our rooms and a bath in the family room.
We have a balcony at the front of the property over looking the hills and ariundle centre and a lounge area guests can use which leads to the balcony
There is a Juliet balcony also in the family room
All our rooms also have a fridge which you will find fresh milk
There is ample parking at the front of the property
Check in: 16:00 (4:00pm) - 22:00 (10:00pm) (arrivals may be allowed outside this window if your travel plans can't be adjusted however this is subject to availability)
