If you like wildlife, you will thrilled to see the wild Badgers come to feed on our doorstep - every night, plus a small herd of Sika Deer regularly visit too. In the morning you will see our red squirrels and numerous bird species while you enjoy your fresh cooked breakfast with a view.
This family-run Guest House is for adults only. We have six ensuite rooms, flat-screen TVs with Netflix and Prime, our premium rooms have, robes and slippers, plus complimentary bathroom amenities and tea and coffee facilities. Two rooms have access to a shared balcony which overlooks the garden and Loch Ness. Free high speed Wi-Fi is available in all areas. Parking is plentiful and free.
Our Conservatory, Guest Lounge and Bar all overlook Loch Ness. Breakfast is cooked fresh to order, and we offer a wide range of choice including Vegan and Gluten Free options.

The famous Falls of Foyers are just a ten minute walk right from our door and into the forest, or you could walk down to the shores of Loch Ness and do a little Nessie spotting! Foyers has the best beach access on Loch Ness!
