Overview

Spectacular coastal views and a warm and friendly welcome awaits at Gallen-Treath Guest House. We are situated in a peaceful, small village, with country roads, on the northeast part of the Lizard peninsula. All our bedrooms are en-suite, individually decorated, comfortable and clean and have beverage facilities. A guest lounge, with balcony, and patio/garden area are available throughout the day for complete relaxation. We cater for all diets using mainly local ingredients - please let us know if you have any special requirements - and we offer a varied breakfast menu with flexible dining times for those who require an early start. Clive has been developing his culinary skills and is now able to offer a VEGAN choice on the menu and we have an AA Best Breakfast Award. We are close to the coastpath, diving, sailing and fishing facilities, gardens and more. The shingle beach in the village is dog friendly all year round and there are plenty of country walks for exploring with or without a pet. This is an ideal area for bird, basking shark and wildlife watching and an interesting area for geologists too.
ARRIVAL TIME - Please let us know your approximate arrival time on booking. There are only two of us and we do sometimes need to go out - shopping, helping at village events etc. If you are planning on arriving AFTER 6PM please let us know on the day. If we're going out we can arrange to leave a key out for you.
Evening meals are available if pre-booked at least 3 days in advance - please ask for a menu. At present The 5 Pilchards is temporarily closed in the village. There is a fish restaurant on the beach, open Friday and Saturday evening, and two pubs and a restaurant in nearby St Keverne.
Hand sanitisers are situated by our front door, the dining room and lounge. Our rooms are always cleaned to the highest standard which we have now raised using antiviral cleaners

Check in: 14:00 (2:00pm) - 19:00 (7:00pm) (arrivals may be allowed outside this window if your travel plans can't be adjusted however this is subject to availability)

Check out: Before 10:30 (10:30am)
