A family run B&B, conveniently situated only 2 minute walk from Bournemouth Central Station, 500m from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the city centre and nightlife. It prides itself with excellent service and overlooks Knyveton Garden Bowling Green. Offering 12 fully ensuite guest rooms available in triple, single, double and twin and all functionally furnished and decorated in colour schemes. All rooms include TV, tea and coffee making facilities, free wireless internet access and a hairdryer.


Food & beverage

A good continental breakfast is included in the price and a full English Breakfast is available at extra cost which is bookable the night before. An evening meal can also be provided by prior arrangement, and all rooms offer tea and coffee making facilities. There are cafe and private licensed bar in front of the Guest House, and a good choice of restaurants are located nearby.

Opposite is the extremely popular and well maintained Knyveton Gardens where the more active can play tennis or bowling at an additional cost.
