The New Bath Hotel and Spa has 54 luxuriously appointed bedrooms with exceptional standards of guest comfort. The New Bath hotel is the perfect choice from which to explore the outstanding beauty of the Peak District. Additionally, the hotel offers a spa with treatments by ESPA, conference facilities complimented with a 140 seater Ballroom perfect for larger meetings or to hold an Elegant Wedding. There are two dining rooms for you to choose from; The Brasserie is open for both lunch and dinner. The taster menu is available in Artistry from Tuesday to Saturday inclusive, and available from March 2018 with menu created from award winning chef John Shuttleworth. Both restaurants use where possible ingredients that are locally produced from responsible and sustainable sources.

History

The New Bath Hotel and Spa has just completed a year long renovation and is now Derbyshire’s premier four-star boutique hotel. With 54 luxuriously appointed bedrooms all offering stunning views of Derbyshire, with exceptional standards of guest comfort and the latest conveniences including USB wall and bedside chargers. The New Bath hotel is the perfect choice from which to explore the outstanding beauty of the Peak District.


 

Food & beverage

The Brasserie restaurant incorporates the finest seasonal ingredients carefully sourced from local suppliers in and around Derbyshire and the local coastal region. New Bath Hotel's innovative dishes are inspired by the fresh ingredients of the Hotel's suppliers.

The hotel’s guest bar is a bright and airy space with windows opening to the front of the hotel. Throughout the day guests are able to enjoy a range of high-quality teas, coffees and sandwiches. Each afternoon the hotel serves its traditional afternoon tea of homemade scones, freshly prepared jams and creams together with a wide choice of finger sandwiches.

New Bath Hotel has brand new Artistry restaurant open. The hotel serve a unique tasting menu along with wine pairing. Cost of £60.00 per person. Open Tuesday – Saturday with tables available from 6pm until 8pm.
