— Key collection is from their office at Suite 54/Level 2 Retail Precinct of Circle on Cavill – 9 Ferny ave, Surfers Paradise. Park in the Circle on Cavill Drive Way, head up to the retail area and turn right into the walkway next to the Chemist and head up the escalators. Check-in is guaranteed from 3 pm. Their office is open 9 am – 5 pm Monday to Sunday.

The entire property is yours to use for the duration of your stay! They ask you to treat the property as if it were your own & enjoy your time on the Gold Coast.

Australia's Gold Coast is renowned for its patrolled beaches, vibrant Cavill Avenue and skyscraper skylines. The modern foreshore is bustling throughout the day with walkers, cyclists and skateboarders taking advantage of this beachfront boulevard vista overlooking the surf and sand. Like the Surfers Paradise of yesteryear, beachside shopping, dining, bars and clubs continually offer the complete holiday experience all in one compact destination package. Carve time out for shopping and cafe-hopping along Cavill Avenue with a stroll along the Main Beach promenade. Be seen dining at an award-winning restaurant and alfresco bar and later at the beachfront night markets.

Grounds & Gardens

A range of public transport services are available on the Gold Coast, including the tram service, G:link,which connects Surfers Paradise with both Southport and Broadbeach. Bus and tram services run all day and night (limited services may be scheduled at night) Visit Translink or phone 13 12 30 for all public transport information including timetables and fares or use the journey planner to find out about scheduled bus, train and tram services. Taxi’s and Uber’s are common around Gold Coast and are easily accessible. Taxi number is 131 008 or sign up for an Uber account.

Other facilities

— Please follow these very important house rules, to ensure the peace and enjoyment of the neighbours. [1] No Parties or Mass Gatherings: • The rates do not allow or permit the use of the property for parties or mass gatherings. • All guests will be required to provide an acceptable form of Photographic ID and sign off on the house rules prior to obtaining the keys to the property. • The number of occupants allowed is as per approved on the guest registration forms and as advertised. • The use of the property for functions, parties or other gatherings is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. • Use of the property for such events or other than as residential premises will result in the termination of the reservation for the property, removal of the Guest (s) and other occupants from the property and other costs or expenses (including a function/extra cleaning fee of up to $6,000 should the property be damaged) being charged to the guest's credit card, if insufficient funds are available, the debt will be passed onto a debt collecting company or the courts for the debt plus recovery costs. • Guest is required to keep noise to an expectable level and all properties have a 9 pm noise curfew, failing to comply with this will result in the police being called, cancellation of the reservation, removal from the property and loss of bond. [2] Extra guests permitted: • No extra guests are permitted to reside or stay at the property without consent from Q Stay. • If permitted extra charges will apply. [3] Music and noise curfew: • Noise must be reduced to a minimum after 9 pm, if you are socialising outside please keep voices down as it travels into other properties. [4] Shoes off: • Shoes off property please ensure shoes are removed upon entry. [5] Parking: • Parking is permitted in the garage and in the street (do not park on grass areas council patrols and issues fines) Please park your vehicles the correct way and clear of driveways. [6] Pets: • Pets are not permitted in any property that Q Stay manages. • If pets or evidence of pets are discovered, guests will be charged for an extra clean (up to $120), pest spray (up to $150) and any damages will be charged at the company's discretion. [7] Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of accommodation keys. Tenants who lock themselves out and who require a key will be charged a $100 call-out fee. If keys are lost, tenants will be responsible for replacement costs at $150 per key set. [Penalties]: The body corporate / Council / Owners / Q Stay take breaches of the above house rules and other issues involving common sense seriously. Please remember while you are on holiday neighbours live here every day please respect their homes. Q Stay has and will evict guests and charge the penalty if these house rules are broken.
