The Blue Bell at Cocking is a community-owned not for profit pub and B and B business. Our newly refurbished premises are bright and modern in appearance inside and out. We offer 3 well-priced, comfortable, stylishly furnished bedrooms, all with ensuite facilities, 2 twins and a double. The pub and restaurant area downstairs serves freshly prepared local produce, local ales, and a good choice of wines and spirits, food is available all day.
This part of Sussex is popular with walkers enjoying the South Downs National Park, cyclists exploring West Sussex, and many other visitors enjoying the wealth of local attractions, including Chichester, Petworth and other places of interest, all within easy reach. We are also very close to Goodwood, home of such renowned annual events as the Festival of Speed, Glorious Goodwood horse racing, and the Revival.
The Blue Bell is dog friendly in all the public areas. We have onsite parking, and the half hourly bus service between Chichester and Midhurst stops right outside our door. The same bus stops at the South Downs Way east and west access points at the top of Cocking Hill. We have bike racks and a cycle repair station on our site and garden seating with views of the Downs.
