All bedrooms have flat screen televisions with USB connection, WIFI access and tea / coffee facilities.
The rooms are individually decorated, creating their own character and identity and enchanting features such as fire places, elm and oak wooden floors and exposed beams are present in many of the rooms. Despite the rooms being rich in original character, the high standard of modern facilities within each room is maintained throughout.
We offer double, twin, four poster and family rooms, ground floor rooms are also available.

Plethora of wildlife including badgers, deer and fox. We are also seeing a surge in bird numbers, yellow hammers have returned to the farm, woodpeckers, kingfishers and many more! Spring is such a wonderful time – take a seat in the orchard and large gardens and listen to the birds singing.
Visit beautiful Stratford-Upon-Avon in the summer and take in some Shakespeare theatricals. Warwick and Kenilworth Castles are fabulous any time of the year and why not take tea in historic Warwick and Leamington Spa.
Enjoy the old farmhouse character with inglenook fire place, a 30 foot well, blue lias stone floors and an old dairy.
