El tramo está en la margen izquierda y tiene 1,5 millas de largo, con mucho espacio para 4 cañas.
El ritmo tiene once piscinas con nombre: Bridge Pool, Shanks, Smiddy, Boat Pool, Mouth of Fiddich, Tail of Fiddich, Heathery Isle, Upper Dips, Lower Dips, Red Craig y Ladies Haugh.
La zona es preciosa y el río es fácil de cubrir bien con mosca.
También hay una bonita cabaña de pescadores en Red Craig Pool.

What is remarkable about the majority of fish caught on the Easter Elchies beat, is that the fish are nearly all fresh, and potentially sea liced for most of the season. The pools vary from slow and gravel lined through to rapid necks and tails. There are also a number of excellent holding pools which can provide significant numbers of salmon throughout the season.
