breakfast was not included in this booking but the overall impression was excellent. We were surprised that the rooms were all en-suite and towels were provided this was not clear on the website. We will certainly recommend the facility and will be visiting again in the future.

It was a very clean room with a nice view on Cartwright's Garden. I enjoyed it very much to stay there because it was very close to center and I did everything by foot. Maybe they shoudn't change the towels everyday ut's not necessary and saves the environtment.

Lovely staff on when we arrived late, very helpful. Our room was very fresh smelling and visually clean! Floors werent tacky/sticky to walk on. Couldnt actually ask for any better. They even fussed on our wee terrier we brought along with us for the night!

The rooms are simple but very clean and comfortable; the porters were very helpful and informative; it represents good value for money and I would certainly recommend it to others. One minor thing: it would be nice to include some Earl Grey tea bags!
