Centrally located. Peter and his son were very pleasant and helped with any Information needed as well as suggested points of interest and provided necessary maps. Julia who served breakfast was also pleasant. Breakfast could be more varied especially for anyone staying for an extended period.

The entire staff at St. John's was extremely friendly and helpful. They were undergoing a kitchen re-vamp and thus served a continental breakfast, which is why I rated the breakfast less than excellent; however, the breakfast staff went above and beyond to be helpful.
