Bragging a large double bedroom, well decorated, a modern three piece bathroom suite, an open plan living room/kitchen fully equipped serving our visitors a focal Point to plan all nourishment and dinners. An Italian marble table style and a comfy corner sofa take the centre of the apartment with a smart HDTV peacefully sitting on a black mahogany TV stand overlooking the living area. To top it all up large double glazed windows enabling natural light to engage with the living space.

Guests’ Access
This apartment is self check-in. Guests have access to the entire apartment and communal areas.

Need an early checking or a late check-out? Send us a message & we will try our best to arrange it for you for a small charge.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
ENERGY USAGE - Please be responsible with energy usage during the colder months. Any excess usage will be charged back to the guest. If the heating is left on when you check out, there will be a £75 charge so please make sure it is switched off on exit.
Damage Deposit £150 is refundable a day after checkout.
CCTV is in and around the complex as well as outside the entrance of the apartment for security reasons.
