Residencia Universitaria San Lorenzo, Madrid (Female students only)

Accommodation is available during the summer months for students, postgraduates and fellows, offering single, double and triple ensuite rooms, which are fully furnished with air conditioning on a full board basis.

 

The accomodation is for students only who wish to stay for a minimun of 30 days.

 

During the academic year from September to June the residence accommodates females only. During the summer holidays it is mixed.

历史

Built in 1807 by architect D. Manuel Brady, in it's day it served as a family mansion. The beaufiful building retains many original features and is still admired today by all who visit.

食品与饮料

The residence is surrounded by a variety of bars, cafes and restaurants for lunch and dinner. Vending machines with drinks and snacks are available for guests use.

The Residence is located in a XIX century building. The central courtyard is a magnificent space, with two large open buckeyes that exceed the height of the building. Within walking distance, 15 minutes walk you have the iconic "Parque del Retiro" where you can enjoy various sports and great walks.

All rooms are furnished with a wardrobe, study desk and phone with flexo, shelves, air conditioning and heating. Bed linen and towels are included. The residence has two interconnecting study rooms library, computer room with copier, printer and scanner. Living room with TV, DVD and board games. Free Wi-Fi throughout the residence.
