The communal stairway is shared with our lovely long term neighbours, they're friendly and has a cat that comes and goes so please do not be alarmed if you turn up to a cat sat outside their door - so far the cat hasn't ventured up the next set of stairs.
The flat has been completely refurbished offering a good size open plan living/Dining Room with a 43inch smart telly, leather sofa, coffee tables, large table and chairs with a bench and hanging lights.
Two large double glazed doors (really good sound insulation from the busy street) open out onto the balcony which spans the front of the property. The balcony is a standing balcony although you can use the stools provided to sit out there's just not enough space for a full table.
Of the Living space the kitchen is compact but has everything you will need to feel at home cooking or just preparing a salad/drinks. There's an integrated washing machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, oven and ceramic hob with extractor above. Full dining sets and all equipment for standard cooking are provided along with Tea, Coffee, Sugar and some accondaments.
In the bathroom theres a Luxurious rain shower with separate shower attachment, W.C., large vanity with mirror and shelf above. Within the bathroom cupboard is the electric boiler and water cylinder, the controls are located in the hallway.
Finally the cosy bedroom has a comfy double bed, bedside tables, smart TV (no channels - just catchup) chest of drawers, hanging rails and space for your suitcase.
