At 2.00pm on the day of arrival, guests will be sent a text message with access codes and the following:

• Front door code
• Room number
• Key box code

Please ensure that the mobile number provided is correct.

Please note there may be difficulty sending codes to non-UK numbers. If guests have not received the text message by 2:15pm at the latest please contact the property on 01242 582172 and they can provide guests with this over the phone.

Opening the Key Box

• To open the key box insert the four digit pin using the number buttons as provided.
• Pull the silver catch down at the top; while holding this, pull the silver lid down.
• The key will be inside.
