The property benefits from cosy underfloor heating throughout and includes a very comfortable sofa bed, providing accommodation for an additional two adults. There is a 43” Smart TV, served by superfast broadband plus an Amazon Echo Dot. There is a lift to the first floor and the property has one allocated parking space.

Away from the hustle and bustle of Windsor itself, guests are still a very short walk via a pedestrianised bridge over the River Thames, which will bring guests to world-famous historic sites such as Windsor Castle and Windsor Guild Hall. 

Eton is a charming town situated on the opposite side of the River Thames to Windsor. As well as being home to the world’s most famous public school, Eton has stunning architecture and offers a range of fabulous restaurants, pubs and cafes. Its eclectic high street is a lovely place for a stroll, where you will discover delightful antique shops and places of historical interest.
