The flat is a moment’s walk from Edinburgh’s historical Royal Mile. The location of the apartment gives you the advantage of being right in the heart of the Old Town within minutes of walk of landmarks including Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood Palace and has a variety of pubs and restaurants within moments of your front door. It features 4 double bedrooms and one sofa bed in the living room. Every room has a wardrobe, dresser and chair, so there’s plenty of space for all your things! There is also a sofa-bed in the living room

The bathroom is looking lovely, as you can see from the pictures. The kitchen comes fully equipped, providing you with all the utensils you need should you be planning to cook. It also has a washer and dryer, meaning you can keep all your clothing fresh whilst you are on the go. The living area has lots of seating and a huge LCD TV.

I take pride in the appearance of all my properties and will ensure fresh bedding, towels and shampoo etc are provided for all guests.

In addition to what I have listed above the flat also features free high speed WiFi, full gas central heating and all windows are double glazed. There is free parking on the street outside all day Sunday and after 6pm Monday to Saturday.

Interaction With Guests:

This property operates on a self-checking in system. Once you have completed your booking I will send you an access code for the key safe located beside the front door which will allow you to check in (this can also be found in the host directions and self checking in instructions). I will not be on site during your stay but will only be a phone-call away at all times should any issue arise.
