Overview

CampusX Bari – Terra di Puglia is situated in the wonderful city of Bari, just a few steps from the university and all the major attractions.

Offering accommodation to students, graduates, PhD students, professors and school/university staff. The campus features 600 twin bedsits and comfortable single rooms, all with private bathroom.

All utilities are included in the price. The booker will be required to subscribe a regular lease and is in charge of the cleaning and furnishing of the room. 

Rooms can be booked on a monthly basis only, eg: September (from the 1st to the 30th), October and November (from the 1st of October to the 30th of November) the property reserves the right to charge a supplement for bookings that include incomplete months. Moreover there is a free acces to the pool (three times per week) to all the guests.

History

CampusX is the first university city concept taking place in Italy, representing the biggest accommodation network with 3 branches: Rome, Chieti and Bari.

Food & beverage

Spacious dining room (220 people), bar for morning breakfasts, pub to relax at night, catering and take-away service.

Grounds & Gardens

The campus is spread over a large area fenced and secure, with green spaces, benches for resting and spaces for jogging outdoors.

Other facilities

The rooms approx. 23sm, have private entrances and are equipped with many amenities such as a spacious work desk, bookshelves, wardrobe and bedside table, heating, air conditioning and a private bathroom. In addition, each room has a work surface with sink and mini fridge. Please note:

• There is no set-up room service (linen can be rented)
• Daily cleaning of the room is the responsibility of the resident.
• "One-off" final cleaning costs of 25 € per bedsit in a double room and € 35 for a single room.
 
Free Wi-Fi in all areas, study/tutoring rooms and leisure room. Laundry room available with coin-operated washing machine and dryer. Wellness area which includes free 6 lane 5 meter swimming pool with courses available for all levels and ages. Free shuttle bus available to facilitate the movings during the accademic year (October – June).

For more than three months booking a discount of 5% will be offered, for more than 6 months booking the discount will be 10% and for 12 months booking the discount offered will be 20%.

By car: Take the SS16 torward Bari and exit at Bari S. Pasquale 13/B – torward the city centre.

From the Station: Take the bus No. 21 or the taxi with the company Radio Taxi at the special rate of 10€.
