Überblick

CampusX Bari – Terra di Puglia liegt in der wunderschönen Stadt Bari, nur wenige Schritte von der Universität und allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt.

Wir bieten Unterkünfte für Studenten, Absolventen, Doktoranden, Professoren und Schul-/Universitätsmitarbeiter. Der Campus verfügt über 600 Zweibettzimmer und komfortable Einzelzimmer, alle mit eigenem Bad.

Alle Nebenkosten sind im Preis inbegriffen. Der Buchende verpflichtet sich zum Abschluss eines regelmäßigen Mietvertrages und ist für die Reinigung und Einrichtung des Zimmers verantwortlich.

Zimmer können nur monatlich gebucht werden , z. B.: September (vom 1. bis zum 30.), Oktober und November (vom 1. Oktober bis zum 30. November). Die Unterkunft behält sich das Recht vor, für Buchungen, die unvollständige Monate umfassen, einen Zuschlag zu berechnen. Darüber hinaus ist für alle Gäste der Zugang zum Pool (dreimal pro Woche) kostenlos.


Einchecken: 14:00 (2:00) - 18:00 (6:00) (Ankünfte außerhalb dieses Fensters sind nicht gestattet)

Kasse: 07:00 (7:00) - 10:30 (10:30)



Geschichte

CampusX is the first university city concept taking place in Italy, representing the biggest accommodation network with 3 branches: Rome, Chieti and Bari.

Spacious dining room (220 people), bar for morning breakfasts, pub to relax at night, catering and take-away service.

The campus is spread over a large area fenced and secure, with green spaces, benches for resting and spaces for jogging outdoors.

Andere Einrichtungen

The rooms approx. 23sm, have private entrances and are equipped with many amenities such as a spacious work desk, bookshelves, wardrobe and bedside table, heating, air conditioning and a private bathroom. In addition, each room has a work surface with sink and mini fridge. Please note:

• There is no set-up room service (linen can be rented)
• Daily cleaning of the room is the responsibility of the resident.
• "One-off" final cleaning costs of 25 € per bedsit in a double room and € 35 for a single room.
 
Free Wi-Fi in all areas, study/tutoring rooms and leisure room. Laundry room available with coin-operated washing machine and dryer. Wellness area which includes free 6 lane 5 meter swimming pool with courses available for all levels and ages. Free shuttle bus available to facilitate the movings during the accademic year (October – June).

For more than three months booking a discount of 5% will be offered, for more than 6 months booking the discount will be 10% and for 12 months booking the discount offered will be 20%.

From the Airport: Take the SS16 torward Bari and exit at Bari S. Pasquale 13/A – torward the city centre. Or take a taxi with the company Radio Taxi at the special rate of 28€.

By car: Take the SS16 torward Bari and exit at Bari S. Pasquale 13/B – torward the city centre.

From the Station: Take the bus No. 21 or the taxi with the company Radio Taxi at the special rate of 10€.
