Save money and stay in empty uni rooms, even if you're not a student.

I was really satisfied with the accommodation and the helpful and friendly attitude of the staff (the receptionists and assistants at the breakfast). The housekeeping service was also great. The location is perfect:very nice bulidings, quiet and safe neighbourhood.

Best decision was to stay here! Clean and comfortable toons, very quiet since there were very few people staying. It's 20 mins to downtown but accessible by bus or train. Will definitely recommend this to sooo travellers instead of dingy hostels! Worth your money!!

Perfect location and friendly staff. Rooms were pretty clean, but it being the summer it was very hot and there were no fans in the room. A fan would have made a world of difference. Even so I would stay there again.

Excellent as always but above that are the staff and in particular Peter on reception who is not only a total professional but also the most charming, amusing and helpful person you could wish to meet.

Very nice room; I also liked that it was really quiet. The only downsides were that the bathroom was on another floor and that breakfast closed already at 8:45.

excellent "tray breakfast" which was a pleasant surprise as not mentioned on booking form. Upgraded (free of charge) to en-suite as quiet.
