The staff was very friendly and helpful. I did encounter two silverfish in the room. I had some problem with the toilet's water deposit not refilling, making it unable to flush. Everything is great except there is no lift to the 2nd and 3rd floor, that would be a problem if you have heavy luggage. Gower Street Houses, Fitzrovia, London
