The space includes a fridge/freezer, hob, toaster, kettle & microwave, crockery and kitchenware. There is also an integrated dishwasher and a brand new washing machine. The studio also consists of a table and chairs, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, clothes airer and long mirror to ensure you can comfortably get ready. The fresh ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in shower.

PARKING:

The closest parking is the Broadway Plaza car park underneath the building (charges apply) and the cheapest is a 3 min walk away at Duchess Road Car park for £3.20 for 24 hours.
There is various on-street parking but parking restrictions apply, Leyburn Road is the closest (5 mins) with parking restrictions from 11AM-12 PM Monday-Friday.

COMMUNAL HALLWAYS:

Please be aware this is in a residential building, and the hallways are not in the best condition due to the daily use, but we hope you find the inside of the room way more exciting than the communal hallways.
