This is a comfortable and spacious third floor flat in an 18th century Gerogian building right in the middle of the city centre. The location of the apartment gives you the advantage of being a short walk from famous attractions (including Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood Palace amongst others) and all the bars and restaurants the city has to offer. It features two double bedrooms, each with a large wardrobe and bedside cabinet, so there will be plenty of room for all your things! In addition, the sofa is a sofa bed

The bathroom is looking stunning (as you can see from the pictures). The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the utensil you will need, should you wish to cook during you stay.

I take pride in the appearance of all my properties and will ensure fresh bedding, towels and shampoo etc are provided for all guests.

In addition to what I have listed above the flat also features free high speed WiFi and full gas central heating.


Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the full apartment and usage of all the amenities detailed above.

Interaction With Guests:

This property operates on a self-checking in system. Once you have completed your booking I will send you an access code for the key safe located beside the front door which will allow you to check in (this can also be found in the host directions and self checking in instructions). I will not be on site during your stay but will only be a phone-call away at all times should any issue arise.
